At this current time the website is only delivering to New Zealand and Australian customers but, you can place an order from overseas for delivery to a New Zealand address. Please contact us via the contact page for international inquiries and we will see how we can accommodate you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Monday to Friday mornings with NZPost/NZCouriers. Please allow 2-3 days for North Island (non rural) 3-4 Days South Island. We will send you your tracking number via the email address you provided at time of purchase ,once the order has been shipped. Please check all items as soon as they arrive
I'm wanting my purchase gift wrapped?
Yes of course! We LOVE giftwrapping and it's FREE. Please state it in the notes when purchasing or send a note via the contact form
Returns/Refunds
While every effort is taken with regards to packaging your beautiful items, sometimes an item may be broken in transit. Please contact us within 72hours via email chariscandco@gmail.com or via the contact us form. If you are unsatisfied with any product, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery for instruction on how to return the products. Products must be in unused, like new condition. No returns on custom orders. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we can send out a replacement.
Is there any animal testing involved?
NO! after 10 years of refining suppliers, I trust they are truthful in their supply chains to Charis & Co. We LOVE animals and are consistent with checking suppliers for our own peace of mind
