White Sage grown in Aotearoa

I LOVE white sage!

Within these changes of time I wanted to share why I only use what I grow. I started reading online so many opinions and while I respected alot of them-I also felt it was time a few years ago to sell and harvest only what I grew. 

Taking this step felt so empowering to say in good consciousness I grew this! I ethically harvested this and each bundle was dried and wrapped by me.

Because there is something so purifying in using it to cleanse my home and metaphysical objects like crystals and my tarot cards

I love using it and now I have bountiful plants growing in my own backyard. Free from pesticides and just allowed to naturally grow. It requires alot of space once established and doesn't like being shifted as it grows a taper root up to 40 inches in search of a water source! Amazing!

It takes time to harvest mindfully giving thanks, only pruning what is needed, allowing the flowers to feed the bees (they LOVE it too) the pungent aroma when freshly harvested is so cleansing. 

So how do you use a white sage bundle?

Perfect for cleansing, resetting, and purifying. Can be used to cleanse places, people, crystals, or sacred items. Used in ritual, ceremonies or just for cleansing.

How to use: Hold the white sage stick in the flame of your lighter (long handled lighter preferred) and rotate so all sides get lit. Give it a good breath blow and a shake. You should see smoke and no flames, then cleanse away. Always have a fireproof dish under the bundle when saging to catch any falling pieces. Keep out of reach from pets and children
