One of the first healing modalities I learnt was the Chakras (Sanskrit for wheels of Light)
I was so fascinated that within my human body was this spiritual vehicle of colours and light. That there was a direct correlation between the chakras and the physical endocrine system. That when one was unbalanced it created disharmony in everyday life.
Chakras are energy centres within the body
The 7 main chakras work in unison to create life force energy. The body, mind, and spirit benefit from balanced chakras. In addition, each chakra has its own symbol, color, and meaning.
The term ‘Chakra’ is also Sanskrit for wheel. This refers to the spinning, spherical energy center that makes up a chakra.
As we cleanse our homes it works on the energy centers in our bodies known as our Chakras, you can use cleansing products such as my homegrown white sage wands found here and the energy spray found here
